Youth Groups - Havurat Shalom
3rd through 5th grade
Ramat Shalom’s youth group programs gives our children a time to socialize with their peers, celebrate holidays together and enjoy Judaica activities.
The group will meet nine times on Sundays after Torah School
Middle School Students
Our synagogue’s middle school youth group for grades 6-8 gives children a way to have fun socializing with their peers through mitzvot and social action activities.
The group will meet nine times (about once a month)
TED: Teen Education
Ramat Shalom’s high school youth group for grades 9-12 gives teens a way to stay connected to our synagogue and other Jewish youth in the community.
The group, a No’ar Hadash chapter of the national Jewish Reconstructionist Federation, emphasizes leadership development, social action, community service hours, field trips, national conventions and current event discussions and speakers.
The group will meet 18 times (twice a month)
