Adult Torah School
Sunday Mornings, 9:45AM-11:45AM
Adult Torah School is back in session. Every Sunday that Torah School meets, the adults gather together with Rabbi Andrew to learn. No experience required. This year, we are focusing on Torah - studying the stories of Genesis in depth. We will rely on the insights of the famous medieval scholar, Rashi.

Adult Hebrew
Want to brush up on your Hebrew skills? Didn't learn Hebrew as a child? Or, do you want to be able to read Hebrew along with your child, as they become a B'nai Mitzvah Well, then learn with us!!! We offer Beginning and Intermediate Hebrew.
Adult Torah School
Rabbi Andrew teaches Adult Torah School on Sunday mornings. We talk about Jewish holidays, rituals, and lifecycle events. We'll also explore the Torah, the Talmud, the siddur (prayer book), and other Jewish texts. All of the movements will be looked at in detail, including our own - Reconstructionism. So, drop off your kids at Torah school and join us for a lively discussion and lots of Torah learning! You do not need to be a Torah school parent to join us!!!
Rabbi’s Study Group
Rabbi Andrew teaches a weekly Torah Study class Join us as we discuss selected passages from the Torah and other related texts. No experience required!
Talmud
Join Rabbi Andrew as we dive head first into the world of Talmud. Listen to the ancient rabbis as they argue with each other about various laws and traditions.
Para-Rabbi Course
Learn how to lead a Friday night service. Gain the confidence to help the Rabbi and Cantor during a Shabbat morning Torah Service. Learn how to comfort members of your community by leading a shivah minyan. Ramat Shalom needs your help. This course will allow you to give in ways you never imagined.
Adult B'nai Mitzvah
Never became a bar or bat mitzvah? Want to become one? Now is your chance. Our Adult Torah School will serve as the first year of our two year adult b'nai mitzvah program. Your second year will be spent mastering Hebrew. If you are interested, please call the office and sign up!
